Regional Manager – Travel Retail

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead the commercial strategy for Duty Free Dynamics within an assigned geographic area, acting as the primary link between premium brands and travel‑retail operators. This role combines account management, commercial analysis, and negotiation to drive growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional commercial strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Manage relationships with key clients and negotiate annual sales agreements.
• Conduct sales, margin, and profitability analyses for each account.
• Prepare and validate sales orders in coordination with the Commercial Operations Manager.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquire new accounts, and expand existing ones.
• Coordinate with Marketing on activations, training, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Finance to validate margins and payment terms.
• Support Commercial Management with reporting and quarterly sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B sales or travel retail.
• Strong negotiation abilities, strategic vision, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and margin understanding.
• Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
