Recepcionista Bilingüe

About the role

The clinic is looking for a bilingual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will manage patient flow, schedule appointments, handle basic documentation and support billing processes in a courteous and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients, verify the purpose of their visit and direct them to the appropriate area.
• Provide general information about services, hours and requirements via phone, email, WhatsApp or in‑person.
• Register, confirm, reschedule and send reminders for medical appointments.
• Receive, organize and archive patient documents such as registration forms, consents and medical referrals.
• Update patient contact information in the clinic’s system.
• Issue fiscal receipts and process payments at the front desk.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service or patient support.
• Native Spanish speaker with advanced English proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication, discretion with confidential information and professional appearance.
