Real Estate Agent (Hybrid, Panama City)

About the role

The Real Estate Agent will join PRIVATE REAL ESTATE S.A. in Panama City, working full‑time in a hybrid model that combines office presence with remote tasks. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through buying, selling, or renting processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• List, show, and coordinate visits for residential and commercial properties.
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and related documentation.
• Prospect new leads, follow up with existing contacts, and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Provide responsive customer service and attend site visits and meetings in Panama City.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of local real‑estate regulations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Proven sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a hybrid work environment.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to legal compliance.
• Willingness to travel within Panama City for property viewings and client appointments.
