QA Lead – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to own the quality assurance lifecycle for multiple development teams. In this remote position you will shape testing strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure high‑quality software delivery across UI, API, and performance layers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve a comprehensive test strategy covering UI, API, and performance testing.
• Provide technical mentorship to QA engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee end‑to‑end defect management, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize fixes.
• Apply risk‑based testing methodologies to focus effort on critical components.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to embed quality practices early in the development cycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Proven ability to design and implement test strategies and lead QA teams.
• Strong experience managing defect lifecycles and prioritizing work based on business impact.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
