Project Sales Manager – LATAM Market

About the role

Endress+Hauser is seeking a Project Sales Manager to join its Latin American Support Center in Panama. You will drive project‑based sales across the LATAM market, acting as the primary commercial liaison between customers and our global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify project opportunities throughout the LATAM region.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies, positioning Endress+Hauser as the preferred project partner.
• Design and train internal processes and tools that support the project business.
• Form project teams, conduct stakeholder analysis, and recruit necessary resources.
• Coordinate communication between global project influences and Endress+Hauser’s sales, service, and production units.
• Maximize multi‑product and service opportunities on each project site.
• Create proposal strategies aligned with sales goals and present final offers to customers.
• Lead contract negotiations and secure sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers and alliance partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of sales and project pursuit experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Professional level of English and deep intercultural understanding.
• Experience in process control instrumentation or related industries is a plus.
• Project Management certification is advantageous.
