Project Coordinator – Builder / Multi-Residential Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage high‑volume, multi‑residential construction projects focused on kitchen appliances, laundry appliances, and outdoor kitchens. The role involves close collaboration with builders, developers, general contractors, property managers, vendors, and installation crews across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple active construction and installation projects simultaneously.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, appliance packages, and installation scopes.
• Coordinate with builders, developers, contractors, vendors, delivery teams, and installation crews.
• Track schedules, milestones, site readiness, deliveries, installation timelines, and project risks.
• Support quoting by analyzing drawings, labor assumptions, access requirements, phasing, site conditions, and installation complexity.
• Monitor budgets, purchase orders, invoices, cost impacts, and change orders.
• Identify and resolve site issues, access conflicts, material delays, scope changes, and installation challenges.
• Ensure quality control, punch‑list completion, warranty follow‑up, and project close‑out.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular status reports to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or coordination.
• Background in multi‑residential, multifamily, hospitality, condominium, residential development, or commercial construction.
• Advanced English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and technical documents.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar drawing tools.
• Experience using project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Procore.
