Product Management Associate – LATAM Wound Closure

About the role

The Regional Product Management Associate will support and execute the product management strategy for the Wound Closure portfolio across LATAM markets. You will translate market insights and business strategy into actionable product plans that drive growth and customer relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Indirectly lead local marketing platform teams, aligning global and regional needs with local realities.
• Coordinate product roadmaps, lifecycle management activities, and portfolio updates.
• Analyze market trends, performance data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Support product enhancements, line extensions, and launch activities in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop commercial tools, messaging, and value propositions for the market.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Experience in product management, marketing or commercial roles within MedTech or healthcare.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights and solid cross‑functional collaboration skills.
