Procurement Strategy & Transformation Project Lead

About the role

As a Procurement Strategy and Transformation Project Lead you will drive global procurement initiatives that turn strategic goals into measurable results. Working from our hybrid hub in Panama, you will collaborate with category leaders, business units and senior stakeholders across three continents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global procurement transformation projects across categories, regions and business units.
• Define project direction, priorities and success metrics that link strategy to execution.
• Build and manage high‑performing project teams and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Generate data‑driven insights to improve cost efficiency, supply security and sustainability.
• Challenge assumptions through benchmarking and innovative sourcing approaches.
• Ensure global alignment by engaging procurement teams in Malaysia, Panama and Switzerland.

Required profile

• Strong background in procurement, category management, supply chain, consulting or business analytics.
• Proven project management experience delivering complex initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex models and identifying digital opportunities.
• Confidence to collaborate across countries, regions and senior stakeholder groups.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrates courage, collaboration, speed and a commitment to continuous learning.
