About the role

The Private Wealth Advisor will deliver an exceptional experience and education to private‑wealth clients, guiding them through basic wealth creation, accumulation and protection strategies. You will help increase the Vertical Sales Index (VSI), drive client retention and deepen relationships using contextual money‑management principles.

Key responsibilities

  • Educate private clients on wealth creation, accumulation and protection tactics.
  • Increase VSI and improve client retention through contextual money‑management.
  • Market and explain the full range of financial‑service solutions within the business offering.
  • Manage the leads pipeline to support profit growth.
  • Produce high‑quality outputs within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

  • Relevant NQF Level 7 FSCA‑approved degree.
  • RE5 regulatory‑compliance certificates for the relevant class of business.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales or service role within a financial environment.
  • FAIS category sign‑off.
