About the role
The Private Service Advisor will join a high‑performance team to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships. By proactively engaging with clients, the advisor identifies needs, uncovers growth opportunities, and provides tailored support that drives satisfaction and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients to deliver service that consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
- Cultivate a culture of service excellence by building trusted relationships and encouraging customer feedback.
- Achieve Suite CEX targets and uphold high service‑level standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow‑ups, reporting, and documentation after customer interactions.
- Support revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and contributing to customer acquisition.
- Efficiently manage and track leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Foster collaborative relationships across the FRG to enhance cross‑functional effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate personal performance, seek feedback, and request training and development.
- Identify and implement faster, more accurate ways of working.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve operational objectives.
- Demonstrate responsible use of resources to support cost‑containment initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.
