About the role

The Private Advisor – Wealth Management role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences and education to private wealth clients. You will guide clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and protection tactics while driving client retention and vertical sales growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide education and advice on wealth creation, accumulation and protection strategies.
  • Increase the Vertical Sales Index (VSI) and enhance client retention through contextual money management principles.
  • Understand and market the full range of financial services solutions within the business offering.
  • Support profit growth by managing the leads pipeline effectively.
  • Produce high‑quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
  • Manage existing client relationships, generate new leads and expand the active customer base.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements.

Required profile

  • Minimum qualification: NQF Level 7 FSCA‑approved degree.
  • RE5 regulatory compliance certificates relevant to the class of business.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a sales or service role within a financial environment.
  • Signed off on FAIS categories.
