Print Production Specialist – Color Management

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Print Production Specialist to join our creative production team in Panama. The role focuses on color quality and consistency for packaging and label materials, ensuring best‑in‑class color accuracy across all print outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute advanced color correction, grading and enhancement using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Apply color profiling and calibration techniques to maintain accuracy across print and digital media.
• Oversee print production of CPG labels and packaging, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Partner with vendors and printers to guarantee precise color reproduction across flexographic, offset and digital print runs.
• Prepare, review and approve color proofs; perform preflight checks and troubleshoot printing issues.
• Maintain color consistency across multiple substrates (paper, plastic, labels) and production environments.
• Build and maintain internal color libraries, define and improve color and print standards, workflows and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in color management, prepress or print production, preferably within packaging or consumer‑goods.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
