Print Production & Color Specialist

About the role

Join P&G’s creative production team as a Print Production & Color Specialist. You will act as the subject‑matter expert in color management and print execution, ensuring packaging and label materials meet brand guidelines and vendor specifications. This hands‑on, individual contributor role offers the chance to work on leading consumer brands from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Execute advanced color correction, grading, and enhancement using Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.
• Apply color profiling and calibration techniques to guarantee accuracy across print and digital outputs.
• Oversee printing of CPG packaging, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, creative intent, and technical specs.
• Partner with vendors and printers to achieve precise color reproduction across flexo, offset, and digital runs.
• Prepare, review, and approve color proofs; perform preflight checks and troubleshoot printing issues.
• Maintain color consistency across multiple substrates (paper, plastic, labels) and regions.
• Manage digital design templates and assets, ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Build and maintain internal color libraries, defining and improving color and print standards.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in color management, prepress, or print production, preferably in packaging or CPG.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of printing technologies (flexo, offset, digital, dry offset).
• Attention to detail and commitment to color accuracy.
