About the role
VIP Universal Medical Insurance Group (VUMI®) is an international health insurance organization offering major medical insurance products and specialized VIP medical services worldwide. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Policy Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on processing policy applications, managing renewals, and providing accurate documentation support in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process and enter policy applications accurately.
- Verify information related to applicable plans and coverage details.
- Manage monthly policy renewals.
- Respond to requests for document issuance and policy‑related documentation.
- Support internal teams and clients with timely, professional follow‑up.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
