Platform Support & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, tech‑savvy professional to be the first point of contact for users of our legal‑tech platform. The role blends customer service, technical support coordination and business development, helping users resolve issues while actively reaching out to law firms to generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for platform users via phone, email and other channels, troubleshoot basic inquiries and route technical issues to the Technical Support team.
• Follow up with users to ensure their questions are resolved and maintain a positive experience.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective law‑firm partners, present the platform’s benefits and build consultative relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track leads, and prepare reports on outreach and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Operations and Leadership to communicate recurring issues and support continuous improvement of the platform.
• Stay up‑to‑date on platform features, updates and improvements, and educate both existing users and prospects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a related field such as Marketing, Business Administration, IT or Communications (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, technical support or business development (preferred).
• Native‑level (C2) English proficiency.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, confident in making outbound calls to professionals.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adopt a consultative sales approach.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with multiple systems and communication channels simultaneously.
