People & Culture Internship – Talent Acquisition (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join the People & Culture team at Cochlear as a part‑time Talent Acquisition Operations intern. You will support recruitment activities across several Latin American countries, gaining hands‑on experience in a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating selection processes for multiple Latin American markets.
• Manage candidate data in Workday and other talent acquisition tools.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Support pre‑screening activities and organize candidate information.
• Prepare and track recruitment reports, metrics and indicators.
• Contribute to delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Participate in employer branding, university outreach and talent communication projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve selection processes.

Required profile

• University student in 2nd or 3rd year of HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication or related fields.
• Availability for a part‑time professional practice.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
