Payments Sales Associate – Latin America (Panama)

About the role

As an Associate on the Andean, Central America & Caribbean Payments Sales team, you will help grow JPMorgan Chase's payments franchise across the region. You will work closely with senior sales professionals, bankers, product partners and implementation teams to design and deliver treasury and payments solutions for banks, governmental entities and non‑bank financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Payments Sales Managers to identify, originate and execute treasury and payments opportunities across the region.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, pricing analyses, profitability models and industry research to support business development.
• Collaborate with Banking, Product, Service, Client Implementation and Operations teams to deliver comprehensive solutions, manage pipelines and ensure timely commercialization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, International Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Payments, Treasury Services, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking or Cash Management.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, financial and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
