Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Propel Media Panamá is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join its on‑site team in Panama City. You will be responsible for the technical execution of paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, ensuring each client’s advertising goals are met through data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Structure campaigns, ad sets and audiences, and configure tracking events (Pixel, CAPI).
• Analyse performance data, adjust bids, budgets and creatives to achieve target KPIs.
• Develop and adapt ad scripts and copy within brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team on static ad concepts and creative angles.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and flag optimisation opportunities.
• Support basic SEO on‑page tasks and CRM setup (Respond.io, Kommo) as the agency expands.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into actions.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous agency or performance‑marketing experience preferred.
• Relevant degree (Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
