Paid Ads Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Ads Strategist to design, launch, and continuously improve paid advertising campaigns for our video‑production brands. This fully remote position works with a global marketing team to reach filmmakers, videographers, and studios worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms.
• Define and refine target‑audience strategies.
• Manage ad budgets and bidding tactics to maximize ROI and lead quality.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and funnels.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and present key metrics.
• Iterate on targeting, creative assets, and overall strategy based on data insights.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce assets needed for campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven track record running paid ad campaigns, preferably in lead generation or high‑ticket contexts.
• Strong, hands‑on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on ROI/ROAS‑driven decisions.
• Experience defining, testing, and refining target audiences.
• Fully remote – location independent.
• Bonus: experience with organic content creation or community engagement.
