About the role
We are looking for an experienced Boarding Officer to join our team in Cristóbal, Colón. The role is pivotal in supervising the boarding and disembarking operations at the port, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all boarding and disembarking maneuvers at the port.
- Ensure that operations comply with safety standards and maritime regulations.
- Maintain efficient workflow and coordinate with port personnel.
Required profile
- Degree in maritime studies or port operations.
- Strong leadership, communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible schedules.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Own vehicle for commuting.
