Mid‑Level Project Architect

About the role

As a Mid‑Level Project Architect at Mallol, you will technically coordinate, integrate and supervise architecture and interior projects with growing autonomy. You will act as the technical reference ensuring quality, coherence and compliance throughout each project phase.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret contract terms and manage the critical path, aligning phase closures and safeguarding project scope.
• Translate contractual obligations into clear work plans, lead the technical team and maintain regular client communication.
• Assess the impact of changes on time, cost and scope, and track change orders and addenda.
• Oversee preliminary designs, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous updates.
• Support the design team with technical solutions, guaranteeing technical closure and quality assurance for each phase.
• Independently coordinate the integration of all disciplines, resolve information gaps and manage clash detection.
• Analyze interferences, make decisions on clashes and coordinate value engineering to keep the project within budget.
• Lead the construction bidding process and manage RFIs during bidding and construction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, document lessons learned and strengthen Mallol’s standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• 5–8 years managing complete architecture and interior projects.
• Project management certification (PMP, PMI, BIM Management) highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, AIA processes and construction systems.
• Technical English proficiency is desirable.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams with a client‑ and result‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously, analyze risks and solve problems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM tools: Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
