Marketing Strategy Specialist – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Strategy Specialist to support our higher‑education consulting practice. This remote position (LATAM time zones) focuses on research, data analysis, and drafting strategic deliverables that guide university and college partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across multiple client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences, including websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third‑party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first‑draft reports and strategic documents using defined templates.
• Manage timelines for concurrent projects and coordinate inputs from internal teams.
• Quality‑assure every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before leadership review.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English with the ability to produce professional reports and presentations.
• Experience extracting and working with data from third‑party research platforms or databases.
• Proven ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and capable of managing multiple workstreams without close supervision.
