Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are a U.S.-based company operating from Panama City and need a Marketing & Growth Specialist to launch and grow a new project. This hands‑on position offers real ownership from day one, allowing you to shape strategy, outreach, and direct conversations with prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to marketing strategy by helping plan positioning, target audience, and conversion pathways.
• Support the launch by coordinating moving pieces and executing the rollout end‑to‑end.
• Own outreach and cold calling, initiating conversations with prospects.
• Drive growth initiatives by identifying opportunities, testing ideas, and pursuing leads under guidance.
• Coordinate and track campaigns, outreach, and project tasks, reporting on performance.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and leadership, sharing ideas and incorporating feedback.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Project Management, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience taking a project from idea to reality (academic, personal, freelance, or professional).
• Advanced English proficiency (C2) and strong Spanish for internal communication.
• Availability to work on‑site in Panama City during U.S. business hours.
• Strategic mindset, strong initiative, and comfort with sales and cold outreach.
• Openness to coaching and teamwork.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of outreach platforms for cold prospecting.
