Marketing Campaign Generalist

About the role

Processing Center in Panama City seeks a Marketing Campaign Generalist to expand the company’s online presence, drive personalized outreach, and manage corporate communications. The role blends creative marketing talent with hands‑on campaign execution, requiring close collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute personalized marketing campaigns targeting prospects and existing clients.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on LinkedIn to support trade‑show promotion, lead generation, and brand visibility.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including budget pacing, targeting, and creative, to maximize ROI and lead quality.
• Create and adapt marketing content such as emails, graphics, and collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
• Segment audiences and tailor outreach based on client profiles and prospect status.
• Inform existing clients about new company acquisitions and the expanded services available.
• Maintain relationships through timely, relevant, and customized communications.
• Oversee day‑to‑day campaign operations, including setup, list management, and workflow automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and campaign management.
• Proven experience managing multi‑channel campaigns and producing marketing collateral.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns independently.

Required skills

• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (a plus).
