Marketing & Analytics Manager

About the role

Be the insights and analytics partner for Latin America, turning business performance, market intelligence, and competitive insights into clear recommendations that help leaders make informed decisions. This individual‑contributor position has significant regional influence but no direct people‑management responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support insights & analytics projects across Commercial, Competitor, Marketing, Campaign, Digital, Customer and Market domains, using analytics, automation and AI‑enabled tools.
• Create, maintain and continuously improve MI&A data, knowledge‑management and reporting repositories.
• Analyze company, customer, competitor, market and digital performance data to identify trends, generate insights and answer key business questions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Latin America, translating complex information into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop a broad understanding of the region’s businesses and respond to strategic business questions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consumer Behavior or equivalent, or vocational education with at least 4 years of experience in market research, data analysis, digital marketing or business intelligence.
• Strong business and data literacy, able to combine quantitative analysis with market and competitive information to produce meaningful insights.
• Business‑oriented curiosity, capable of challenging data, identifying relevant market factors and recommending actions.
• Confident communicator and presenter who can explain complex insights clearly, handle challenging questions and influence senior, cross‑functional stakeholders.
