Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Market Access Manager – Specialty Care to join its team in Panama City. The role focuses on shaping health‑economics strategies, supporting pricing and reimbursement decisions, and generating evidence that demonstrates the value of specialty care products.

Key responsibilities

• Consult on health‑economics market access structure, collaborating with pricing, reimbursement, and outcomes research teams.
• Develop evidence generation plans, including health‑economic modeling and budget impact analyses.
• Benchmark achievements against key metrics and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Integrate market access strategies into product plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Represent the company at meetings with authorities, clients, industry associations, and business partners.
• Advise global, clinical, and commercial product teams on access strategies.
• Approve and implement health access protocols using medical research and economic intelligence.
• Manage discretionary market access budgets and ensure effective spending.
• Coach and train junior colleagues on techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health‑economics market access, pricing, reimbursement, or outcomes research.
• Ability to develop and present health‑economic models and budget impact analyses.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and experience working with regulatory and commercial teams.
• Experience managing budgets and coaching junior staff.
