About the role

Heineken Panama is seeking a Process and Services Leader to drive continuous improvement, safety, and sustainability across its production operations. The role will oversee the execution of TPM strategies, ensure operational continuity, and meet medium‑to‑long‑term production targets while complying with legal and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safety, food‑safety, and sustainability agendas, ensuring compliance with PSM standards and legal requirements.
• Promote a safe‑work culture through permits, LOTO, work‑at‑height, confined‑space procedures, 5S, and behavior‑based observations.
• Monitor and improve energy, water, CO₂, emissions, and Net‑Zero objectives.
• Act as the technical reference for energy efficiency, waste management, and environmental compliance.
• Drive projects related to production capacity, industrial services, and technological upgrades.
• Apply TPM, Kaizen, and other continuous‑improvement tools to eliminate losses and boost operational performance.
• Lead internal and external audits, maintain up‑to‑date procedures and standards.
• Prepare and analyse reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, and corporate ERP platforms.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and internal customers to ensure plan execution.
• Foster a positive work environment, develop team members, and align activities with business strategy.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• At least one year of experience managing, operating, and maintaining refrigeration and steam‑generation systems.
• Project‑management and industrial‑maintenance experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
