Key Account Manager – Organización de Proyectos y Contenido

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to become the main liaison between our clients and internal teams at a digital agency and audiovisual production house in Panama. The role focuses on project organization and content creation, ensuring that brand needs are translated into actionable plans and delivered with excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communication and relationship with assigned clients.
• Lead and support new client acquisition and develop presentation materials.
• Translate brand commercial and communication objectives into clear briefs and work plans.
• Coordinate planning and execution of digital campaigns, content matrices, audiovisual productions, and digital projects.
• Generate ideas, formats, trends, reels, TikToks, and other content opportunities for each brand.
• Create and maintain content calendars and publication schedules.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, revisions, and approvals.
• Lead concept development for social‑media content and produce briefs for design and production teams.
• Review all assets before client presentation to ensure quality and brief compliance.
• Conduct follow‑up meetings, present proposals and results, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Key Account Manager, Content Creator, Project Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role in a digital, creative, advertising agency or production company.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing and content creation.
• Excellent organization, planning and follow‑up skills.
• Very good communication and commercial presentation abilities.
