Jefe/a de Ventas – Colón

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Colón branch. The selected candidate will design and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth, launch new products, and attract new customers in the packaging and industrial solutions market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Introduce new products to the market and identify promotion opportunities through product turnover analysis.
• Conduct market studies and craft effective sales strategies.
• Manage the commercial process, ensuring effective customer acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sales, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a sales department.
• Proven experience in product analysis, market research, and sales strategy development.
