About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and coordination of marketing plans, market strategies and brand promotion for our consumer‑goods portfolio in Panama. The successful candidate will drive market share growth for assigned categories by translating sales data into actionable marketing actions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of medium‑term marketing plans based on sales information and market insights.
• Plan, execute and coordinate product launches and roll‑outs, including brief development, packaging design approval, creative concept generation, price list loading and regulatory documentation.
• Develop comprehensive commercial proposals through research or specialist hiring to ensure profitability and innovation.
• Manage the approved budget for the assigned category, monitor advertising spend and prepare monthly investment reports.
• Oversee donation activities and weekly inventory review meetings to guarantee effective deliveries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in marketing or advertising within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities, result‑oriented and organized.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
