Intern Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to join Signify’s Professional Team in Panama. The role will support the sales organization by preparing documentation, proposals, and quotations, while ensuring accurate and professional presentation of all materials.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer documentation, proposals, product information, and quotations.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, sales reviews, and customer interactions.
• Track opportunities, tenders, and project documentation, providing timely updates to the sales team.
• Generate regular sales reports, pipeline summaries, and performance dashboards, ensuring CRM (C4C) reflects accurate data.
• Facilitate communication between sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor customer requests, quotation activity, and service responsiveness, highlighting trends or gaps.
• Ensure all sales documentation follows internal policies, audit guidelines, and maintains confidentiality.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Engineering, Business, Administration or a related field.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
• Business awareness and interest in the lighting and IoT sector.

Required skills

• Data analysis and reporting.
• CRM management experience with Salesforce or C4C.
