Ingeniero/a Civil / Hidráulico – Panamá

About the role

Antea Group Panamá is seeking a qualified Civil/Hydraulic Engineer to join its multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on designing, modelling and consulting on hydraulic infrastructure projects for a variety of clients across Panama.

Key responsibilities

• Design and model hydraulic systems such as water supply, sanitary and storm sewers.
• Perform analysis, design and consultancy services ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Continuously improve and optimise hydraulic designs and systems.
• Carry out earthworks calculations, basin modelling, longitudinal drainage design and quantity take‑offs for construction works.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with hydraulic systems (aqueducts, sanitary and storm sewers) and watershed modelling.
• Technical proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D for plans, profiles, pipe networks and surface modelling.
• Knowledge of linear sewer design, pumping stations, hydrology and hydraulics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Valid certification, licence and seal from the Technical Board.
