Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

About the role

The IAM/IGA Engineer will manage identity and access administration and governance across Saviynt, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID platforms. The role ensures user lifecycle, permissions and access controls comply with security policies and corporate governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and access‑related issues within Identity and Access Management.
• Provide support and administration for the Saviynt Identity Governance platform, collaborating with application owners, HR, Infrastructure and Security teams.
• Administer user accounts, groups, organizational units and permissions in Active Directory, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IAM operations, authentication, automation and governance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Proficiency with Saviynt Identity Governance platform.
