HRIS Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors

About the role

Langan is seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management, focusing on Employee Central and future modules. The analyst will configure, maintain, and optimize HR technology solutions that support key people processes, data integrity, and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert and escalation point for SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, including Employee Central.
• Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, and role‑based permissions (RBP) to support HR operations.
• Design and maintain foundational structures in Employee Central such as organizational units, positions, job classifications, locations, and pay structures.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and implement scalable, system‑driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot system, data, and integration issues; perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and external vendors.
• Lead testing efforts, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support system enhancements, updates, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring successful deployment of new functionality.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, configuration standards, and HR data governance practices.

Required profile

• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules and Employee Central.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
