Graphic Designer - AI Video Expert

About the role

Makaya is seeking a Graphic Designer & Creative Specialist in Artificial Intelligence to create high‑quality visual content for its real‑estate project portfolio and corporate brand. The role blends strong graphic design expertise with advanced AI‑driven creative tools to accelerate production while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for real‑estate projects, including brochures, presentations, flyers, social media assets, digital ads, email campaigns, signage, and event collateral.
• Develop and adapt visual identities and campaign concepts for various developments.
• Produce images, videos, renders, and creative concepts generated or enhanced with AI.
• Use AI tools to transform architectural renders and photographs into compelling marketing visuals.
• Create short‑form videos, motion graphics, and digital assets for online campaigns.
• Generate multiple creative variations for Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all Makaya projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and external vendors to meet launch timelines.
• Manage several projects simultaneously and deliver assets quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Prepare final files for both print and digital distribution.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, premium visual design.
• Experience in real‑estate, architecture, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle branding is highly valued.
• Excellent command of typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced ability to use AI as a creative and production tool, not just for basic image generation.
• Capability to interpret creative briefs independently and deliver high‑quality final pieces.
• Fast execution, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
