About the role
The prestigious hotel chain is seeking a dynamic Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead the operations of its luxury dining venue. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Organize, administer, and lead daily operations of a fine‑dining restaurant and bar.
- Maintain the complete sequence of luxury table service, ensuring high standards at every touchpoint.
- Motivate staff to achieve daily food and beverage sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.
- Supervise service staff to guarantee consistent, high‑quality service.
- Develop new product concepts and support marketing initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing the administration of fine‑dining restaurants.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- Availability for rotating shift schedules.
- Full mastery of luxury table‑service procedures.
