About the role

The Bank is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to grow its corporate client portfolio, design high‑level financial solutions, and ensure rigorous risk and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients while cross‑selling additional banking services to existing accounts.
• Negotiate credit terms, fees, guarantees and structure profitable financing proposals aligned with risk profiles.
• Monitor the loan portfolio to prevent delinquency and enforce KYC, SBP regulations and anti‑money‑laundering policies.
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports using Salesforce, Cognos and other tools for Credit Committee and Vice‑President reviews.
• Oversee operational quality, ensuring proper opening and maintenance of passive accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate banking or financial business roles, preferably as a Relationship Manager or Officer.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting analysis, Panama’s banking regulator (SBP) and AML legislation.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
