About the role

Moët Hennessy is seeking a hands‑on Regional Logistics Manager to lead and continuously improve a complex logistics operation covering Central America, the Caribbean and more than 40 additional markets. You will be responsible for driving performance, simplifying processes and ensuring seamless international transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations across Central America, the Caribbean and 40+ markets.
• Drive performance of 3PL providers, freight forwarders and carriers.
• Define, monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs and overall logistics performance.
• Manage international transportation, foreign‑trade compliance and export documentation.
• Identify and implement opportunities for simplification, automation and continuous improvement.
• Lead a regional logistics team and collaborate with markets, distributors and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in logistics or distribution.
• Regional, multi‑country experience across LATAM and/or the Caribbean.
• Proven track record managing 3PL operators and freight forwarders.
• Strong knowledge of international transportation, foreign‑trade and export processes.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in wines & spirits, luxury, retail, FMCG, free‑zone operations or global travel retail is a plus.
