About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the operations of the F&B department for a prestigious hotel chain. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, maintaining high quality standards, and driving profitability across restaurants, catering, banquets, and room service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of kitchens, dining rooms, bars, banquets and in‑room service.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory levels.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with quality, service and hygiene standards.
• Drive resource optimisation and achieve financial targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervisory or managerial positions within food and beverage, preferably in hotels, restaurants, catering or events.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong orientation toward results, resource optimisation and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
