About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead the commercial operations of our branches in Panama City, ensuring sales targets are met and the performance of the sales team is continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the branch sales teams.
• Monitor monthly billing targets and ensure they are achieved.
• Analyze commercial indicators and results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Optimize existing commercial processes and systems.
• Develop and mentor the Commercial Supervisor reporting to you.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement corrective actions.
• Design strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
• Evaluate team performance and provide timely feedback.
• Participate in recruitment, development and decision‑making for the commercial team.
• Present results and improvement proposals to senior management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience leading commercial or sales teams with direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in retail, construction materials, decoration or related physical products.
• Strong ability to analyze sales pipelines, indicators and commercial results.
• Experience managing goal‑oriented teams and providing performance feedback.
• Decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
• High initiative, organization, autonomy and results orientation.
• Willingness to monitor commercial operations across multiple branches.
