Freight Support Specialist

About the role

Circle Logistics is seeking a Freight Support Specialist to ensure shipments move smoothly and customers stay informed. In this fast‑paced position you will monitor freight, communicate updates, and resolve issues before they impact delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Enter shipment details into the logistics system quickly and accurately.
• Conduct regular check‑in calls with drivers to confirm pickup and delivery status.
• Provide timely updates to internal teams and document all correspondence.
• Track shipments across platforms, anticipate delays, and inform customers promptly.
• Complete and file all required shipment paperwork.
• Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch teams to develop solutions and overcome challenges.
• Maintain an outbound call volume of approximately 100 calls per shift.

Required profile

• Advanced English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, call‑center, customer service, or data entry.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured way.
• Team‑player with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Drive.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
