Form Builder – No‑Code Form Configuration Specialist

About the role

The Form Builder will support clients of a SaaS case‑management platform by creating and revising custom forms using an internal no‑code tool. You will translate business requirements into configured forms, ensure proper field mapping, and validate results through testing and QA.

Key responsibilities

• Build and revise custom forms using the internal no‑code form‑building tool.
• Understand client business requirements and translate them into effective configurations.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk to clarify requirements and provide support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.
• Map forms to existing platform fields and participate in testing and quality assurance.
• Provide training and support to end users building their own templates.
• Manage multiple concurrent requests and shifting priorities.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to understand and translate client requirements.
• Quick learner of new SaaS platforms and internal tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
