About the role

The Field Sales Manager – Off Premise leads a team of sales representatives to achieve sales volume and distribution objectives across off‑premise channels. You will coach, plan, and execute strategies that drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, conducting regular one‑on‑one meetings to communicate objectives and review performance.
  • Develop and monitor performance enhancement plans, including training files, 90‑day evaluations, and MBO tracking.
  • Identify skill gaps and create customized coaching plans to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Pre‑plan each sales period with representatives, setting targets and defining key accounts.
  • Participate in interview and selection processes, collaborating with HR to source and onboard new talent.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, conduct business reviews, and open new accounts.
  • Manage supplier surveys and coordinate ride‑withs with Business Managers.
  • Resolve customer issues following company policies and escalate when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a field‑sales environment.
  • Results‑oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office and standard computer applications.
