Executive Recruiter (Panama City)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to join Wealthy Recruiting’s Panama City office. The role will lead end‑to‑end executive search projects for clients across sales, management, operations and client‑facing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define role requirements with clients and design targeted search strategies.
• Source high‑impact candidates through direct outreach, networking and market research.
• Conduct candidate screenings, in‑depth interviews and prepare detailed candidate profiles.
• Coordinate client interviews, advise both parties throughout the hiring process and support offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate pipelines and records in talent management systems and provide regular status updates.
• Develop business by nurturing client relationships and monitoring market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive recruiting, headhunting or talent acquisition, preferably in a boutique search firm.
• Strong ability to research, map markets and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion handling confidential information.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
