Executive Recruiter – Full‑time, Panama City

About the role

Wealthy Recruiting is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Panama City office. This full‑time, on‑site position will lead end‑to‑end executive search processes for high‑impact roles across sales, management, operations, and client‑facing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define role requirements with clients and design targeted search strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, and market research.
• Conduct candidate screenings, in‑depth interviews, and prepare detailed candidate profiles.
• Coordinate client interviews, provide status updates, and advise both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate pipelines and records in talent management systems.
• Support offer negotiation, closing, and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive recruiting, headhunting, or talent acquisition with a focus on high‑performing professionals.
• Strong ability to research markets, map talent, and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion handling confidential senior‑level information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent executive‑search experience.
