Executive Assistant to General Manager

About the role

Support the General Manager by delivering data‑driven insights, coordinating strategic initiatives, and preparing executive‑level presentations. Enable informed decision‑making and drive execution discipline across key priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic initiatives under the GM’s direction.
• Prepare and translate data and analyses into clear, concise, actionable insights.
• Develop high‑quality executive presentations for leadership forums.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, track deliverables and timeliness.
• Develop, consolidate and monitor KPIs and dashboards.
• Act as liaison between the GM and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment.
• Serve as point of contact for external stakeholders such as legal authorities and associations.
• Maintain governance routines including meetings, trackers and reporting cadence.
• Provide executive assistance to the GM as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or project coordination role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, organizational and project coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management/administration tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Use of Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis.
