About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Creative Strategist and Senior Community Manager to lead the online presence of multiple real‑estate projects. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, community engagement, and lead generation to turn digital channels into revenue‑driving assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute digital marketing strategies for up to six real‑estate projects, tailoring messages to each buyer segment.
• Develop monthly content calendars and produce multimedia assets for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Create and manage paid campaigns, open‑house promotions, fairs, and other commercial initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance to increase visibility, qualified leads, visits and sales appointments.
• Oversee community management: schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and maintain consistent brand communication.
• Coordinate photography, video shoots, graphic design and other creative resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a digital marketing strategist, content creator and community manager, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong execution mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to translate social media activity into measurable commercial outcomes.
