About the role

Panama Aesthetics is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to run all paid‑media efforts for its plastic surgery and hair transplant clinics. The role is fully in‑house and focuses on turning content and promotions into high‑performing campaigns that generate sales and WhatsApp leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) for multiple clinic accounts and doctors.
• Plan, launch, optimize and scale Google Search, YouTube and TikTok campaigns directed to WhatsApp.
• Create branch‑specific campaigns, monthly promotions, and patient before‑and‑after showcases.
• Monitor performance every day, reallocate budgets, and identify winning vs. losing ads.
• Test audiences, formats, offers and landing pages continuously.
• Produce daily social‑media content: videography, editing, graphic design, and community management.
• Adapt creative assets for WhatsApp, website, email marketing and in‑clinic TV screens.
• Collaborate with influencers and run weekly tests on hooks, headlines, offers and services.
• Collect and report data on spend, patient acquisition, WhatsApp conversions and service performance.

Required profile

• Extremely analytical with a strong creative sense.
• Fast executor who can work with real advertising budgets.
• Comfortable with clinical environments and medical procedures.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable campaign results.
