About the role
The Logistics Specialist – Purchasing & Import Assistant will manage the end‑to‑end flow of goods, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role supports the purchasing team and handles international and domestic import operations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise product movement from origin to destination.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with international import regulations.
- Maintain product quality and efficiency throughout the supply chain.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Required profile
- Professional experience as a purchasing and imports assistant.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- University education related to logistics or commerce.
- Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of international and national logistics processes.
