About the role

The Product Specialist will manage, develop and optimise assigned banking products, ensuring profitability, regulatory compliance and market competitiveness while aligning with the bank's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the product portfolio across key segments (individual, SME, corporate, premium).
• Lead improvement, digitalisation and value‑differentiation initiatives.
• Coordinate product launches and new feature roll‑outs.
• Monitor business indicators and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking and financial projections.
• Prepare business cases and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, process improvement or related projects.
• Experience in financial, commercial and operational product analysis.
• Ability to design value propositions and segment strategies.
• Proven track record leading digitalisation and optimisation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
